•Grocery shopping for the freshest and best ingredients
•Cooking of the food at your house with my assistant
•Explanation of each dish, a little history about India, reading recommendation, Bolly-wood movies list if you’re interested
•Providing Indian classical music to be played in the background, CD or podcast during the dinner/event
